Adult Mindful Art - Term 3 2024

Each class is programmed using art therapy principles and using art as a mindfulness activity. Each week we will work on one artwork in the 90-minute class.

Runs with the 5 week block or 10week - Starting Monday 5th August -Term 3 2024
