Renee

Renee is the founder and owner of Nature and
Nurture, as well as Franchisee 
Maitland/Branxton Gymbaroo.

With a deep passion for children's learning
and creativity, Renee has dedicated over 15 years to teaching sensory motor
programs through Gymbaroo. In addition to her extensive experience in early
childhood development, she is also a qualified art therapist.

Renee's love for creating enriching environments where
children can learn, explore, and grow has been the driving force behind her
business. Her vision is to provide a nurturing space where creativity and
movement come together to support holistic child development.

You’ll still find Renee teaching most days of the week, as it remains her favourite part of the job.

Jasmine

Jasmine is a practicing artist and dedicated art teacher.

Growing up in a musical and artistic family, it was a natural progression for her to pursue a career in fine art.

Specializing in sculpture
and watercolour painting, Jasmine brings a wealth of experience and creativity to our team.

As one of our head teachers and a key member of our art program planning team, Jasmine plays an integral role in shaping our curriculum.

She teaches art classes for both Adults, preschoolers and school-age children, fostering a love for creativity in creative minds.

Nurturing her students’ artistic skills, Jasmine is passionate about inspiring artists to unlock their creative potential. By consistently seeking new ways to educate and inspire young creatives, she works to ensure art is accessible to everyone.

Jasmine has a natural affinity for working with children and takes great joy in connecting with each student, helping them to develop their interests, skills, and passion for art.

Gillian

With a background in design, art and teaching, Gillian weaves together creative art experiences for both children and adults.

She holds a Masters of Design from UTS Sydney, Advanced Diploma of Interior Design, is a fully qualified florist, and has extensive experience in sculpture, pottery and mixed media.

Her love of nature and experience teaching at Timbernook forest schools, offers our students something truly unique... a space where everything slows down and the natural world is seen as a pallet of creativity.

Gillian loves nothing more than collecting natural treasures and helping little hands and imaginations create magical art pieces from nature.

Sienna

Sienna is a dedicated student, art teacher, and keen sports player.

She is currently in her third year of studying a Bachelor of Education, majoring in Primary Teaching, at the University of Newcastle.

Sienna studied HSC Visual Arts and is a talented artist with a passion for creative expression.

She has abundant experience working with various artistic mediums, including drawing, painting, and sculpture, with a special interest in print-making and fibre arts.

Sienna’s extensive experience working with children of various ages and abilities allows her to adapt her teaching methods, accommodating the unique learning styles of her individual students.

She strives to create an inclusive and encouraging environment to support her students in developing fundamental artistic skills.
