Gymnastics Skills Circuit - 9th October

Join us on 9th October 9:30am to 11:30am for a full circuit across all four gymnastics apparatus, coached in small groups so every child builds skills and confidence at their own level.

• Bars: practise swings, supports and body shapes
• Beam: work on balance, turns and jumps
• Vault: build running, jumping and landing technique
• Floor & airtrack: rolls, bridges, handstands and cartwheels

Spots are limited to keep the group size small and hands-on — book early to avoid missing out.
