Painting Fundamentals Class

We are excited for you to experience our brand new Painting Fundamentals class.
Each class will run for 75 minutes and runs over a 5-week-term.

9:30am - 10:45am.
Sat 31st October until Saturday 28th November

Our Painting Fundamentals class is designed for young artists who would love to take their painting skills to the next level and experience the process of creating a major artwork from beginning to end.

Over this 5-week class, students will plan, develop and complete their own finished canvas artwork while learning the fundamentals of painting along the way.

Students will explore how to prepare a canvas, plan and sketch their composition, choose a colour palette, understand colour theory, mix colours, layer paint, create depth and texture, and add finishing details to bring their artwork together.

Rather than rushing to complete a new project each week, students will have time to develop one special piece, learning patience, creative decision-making and how artists build an artwork step by step.

Perfect for children who love painting and are ready to develop their technique, confidence and individual artistic style.
