Nature Craft Club: Fibres of Life
This term, our Nature Craft Club dives into the beautiful world of fibre art with the inspiring theme Fibres of Life. Children will explore natural materials and age-old crafting techniques as they weave, twist, bind, and stitch their way through a series of creative projects.
Each session encourages hands-on discovery as we experiment with wool, yarn, textiles, and plant-based fibres—learning how these materials connect people, cultures, and the natural world. From simple beginner-friendly crafts to more detailed creations for older students, every child will find opportunities to express themselves and build new skills.
Designed for curious makers in Kindergarten to Year 6, this program nurtures creativity, fine-motor development, and an appreciation for slow, mindful artmaking. Join us this term as we celebrate the textures, stories, and possibilities woven into the Fibres of Life.
